ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Talent Acquisition Executive will support the Talent Acquisition Manager with end-to-end recruitment, administration, full lifecycle recruitment. The successful candidate will be entrusted with the quest to discover talent and ensure great relationships with candidates and employees.

This role is a 9 month Fixed term contract initially, and is a unique opportunity to get involved in a rapidly growing company and help to expand our team of professionals, as we continue to revise and enhance our employee experience for existing and incoming team members.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a talent/recruitment team, as well as having knowledge and enjoyment of Sports.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment:

  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager to source and fill open positions
    • Assist with conducting recruitment and selection processes (1st round interviews, screening calls etc, diary management for interviews)
  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
  • CV shortlisting
  • Offer Management
  • Stakeholder meetings
  • Updating of work flow systems
  • Support management in planning and implementing overall Talent strategies that contribute to the company’s objectives and goals.
  • Assist with Right to Work checks that comply with UK employment law regulations as well as corporate policies and values.
  • Assist in employee retention and development

Employee Engagement:

  • Work in the team spirit to support employee engagement activities for Performance54.
  • Assist with and support in the coordination of employee engagement plans and activities.

Reporting:

  • Support in preparing and compiling reports or data as requested by Performance54 management.

Support the wider People Team with various ad hoc tasks as and when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Two years of experience minimum in the same field (either in house or agency)
  • Familiarity with Hiring methods and processes
  • Proficient in the use of social media
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness.
  • Ability to take direction and work unsupervised
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Self-motivated and a willingness to learn new things
  • Positive and approachable attitude / team player
  • Tech savvy, specifically in Microsoft
  • BSc/BA in business administration OR CIPD Level 3 or above
  • Eligibility to work in the UK

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Salary: £30,000 – 35,000 per annum
  • Discretionary 8% annual bonus (5% personal performance/3% company performance)
