POSITION:                          SOCIAL EXECUTIVE

Specialising in sponsorship strategy and activation, tournament promotion and management, PR and communications, and destination marketing. The Performance54 team boasts more than 180 years of golf marketing experience and has been trusted by some of the world’s best-known brands.

The agency is growing at a fast pace, taking on new clients on a regular basis, and therefore this position has been created to help implement a strategic movement into the digital sphere.


The opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, driven and creative Social Executive to join the Performance54 team, supporting the client teams and the Account Director with the creation, management and delivery of clients’ promotions, advertising, communications, marketing, sponsorship and events activity. The desired candidate will be based from our Dubai office, with some international travel required.


  • Build social media calendars across all main platforms
    • And manage all organic posting
  • Copywriting
    • Ensure all posts are in-line with client’s preferred tone of voice and target markets
  • Analysis and reporting
    • Conduct all analysis and offer learnings to develop and enhance future performance
  • Build and manage all social media advertising campaigns
      • Facebook (including knowledge of how to implement on manage Pixels)
      • Twitter
      • Instagram
      • Snapchat
      • LinkedIn experience preferred but not essential
  • Client Liaison / Account Management
    • Update work in progress (WIP) documents
  • Research & Analysis
    • Provide account team with strategic insight – industry standards, new technologies, case studies etc.
    • Provide client with regular reports detailing performance and revenue generation
  • Team Liaison
    • Communicate regularly with account team and senior management
      • Important given P54’s international remit (and overseas offices)
    • Liaise regularly with other account teams and departments to ensure business alignment
  • New Business Pitching
    • Support the creation of new business pitches and decks, specifically regarding digital marketing initiatives
  • New Business
    • Provide intel (e.g. industry knowledge) around prospective new clients for P54
