Senior Business Analyst – Advisory

54 is expanding its Advisory division in consulting, and the Senior Business Analyst will drive and deliver research, data analysis, and insights across advisory projects. Responsibilities include drafting client documents and presentations, contributing to team problem-solving. The successful applicant will support senior client and internal stakeholders, participating in business development and internal firm-building activities, with excellent skills in PMO, data analysis and presentation writing.


  • Working within Advisory team, undertake research, conduct analysis, draw out insights and synthesise findings
  • Develop independent sections of client documents and presentations
  • Contribute to team problem-solving and help develop recommendations
  • Build productive day-to-day relationships with client team members
  • Support team planning and process management
  • Support business development and internal firm-building activities.
  • Collaborate with other consultants to integrate research findings into strategic recommendations
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and contribute to thought leadership in sports consultancy and business development opportunities
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure data accuracy
  • Manage project documents and milestones


  • 2-4 years previous experience at Big Four, management/strategy consulting firm, business or sports consulting background
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • PMO experience, ability to prioritise and work on different projects
  • Building relationships, working with different people, and good team work
  • Understanding of producing client deliverables, RFPs


  • £45,000-60,000 – Per Annum
  • Annual Discretionary Company Bonus – up to 8% – 3% Company & 5% Individual

  • Working hours will be Monday to Friday, 09.00 to 17.30 with an hour taken for lunch between 12.00 and 14.00 with travel and additional hours as reasonably required.
