We are seeking an experienced HR director with outstanding people skills to manage our ever-growing personnel and ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives. Duties for the HR director will include supervising HR personnel, dealing with employee grievances and disputes, supporting employee development, enhancing job satisfaction, designing onboarding procedures, implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, forecasting staffing needs, mitigating risk, structuring benefit packages, maintaining employee records, managing budgets, designing accountability mechanisms, and overseeing overall employment needs throughout the Performance54 Group Worldwide.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a high work ethic, excellent communication skills, knowledge of labour regulations and HR practices, strategic thinking abilities, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.

The exceptional HR director should improve HR processes, implement strategies that support business growth, improve morale and employee retention, enhance safety and wellness, strengthen relations between staff and employers, manage job satisfaction, attract the best recruits, and promote the organization’s values.


The employee must be comfortable working on a variety of projects across multiple regions concurrently and working to tight deadlines. They should also be motivated by a desire to improve processes and increase efficiencies to enhance company performance. Likewise, the HR Director should be responsible for positive relations between staff and the business, oversee staff welfare and create a positive work environment.

Duties (including but not limited to):


  • Assist Executive leadership in creation and development of a robust, effective, and efficient company-wide HR vision and strategy
  • Develop and direct corporate plans for a variety of HR matters, including:
  • Compensation and benefits
  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • Health and safety
  • Learning and Development


  • Act to support the people factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development
  • Oversee all HR initiatives, HRIS systems and tactics
  • Supervise the work of People personnel and provide guidance
  • Management of all employee relations matters
  • Motivating and supporting current staff
  • Foster a dynamic and positive work environment for all staff


  • Ensure the employee handbook is up to date and reflective of the company’s latest policies and procedures, and reflective of the company tone
  • Ensure compliance with legal guidelines and requirements, working with the General Counsel
  • Creation, communication, monitoring and implementation of Employee welfare and benefits package(s) and policies
  • Develop, implement and Monitor adherence to internal policies to ensure they are lawful and ethical
  • Oversight and Management of all Company recruitment
  • Oversight of the implementation of a robust and comprehensive staff on-boarding process
  • Oversight and management of staff wellness and performance reviews
  • Development and management of talent pools and succession plans, with clearly defined reporting lines and progression
  • Monitoring of staff welfare, happiness, and engagement
  • Identification of staffing efficiencies and opportunities
  • Monitoring of employee benefits packages

Reporting and Budgets

  • The role will report into other senior managers, including the CFO and Executive Directors

  • At least 8 years’ experience in a HR role
  • At least two years in a senior HR position or as People/HR Director
  • Experience of working for/with businesses in multiple markets
  • Experience of working with a business with over 100 employees
  • BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus
  • CIPD Advanced qualified
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
  • Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles andbest practices
  • A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent organizational, time management and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
