ROLE OVERVIEW:
The opportunity exists for an experienced, driven, and enthusiastic Partnerships Manager to join the Performance54 Team, supporting with the creation, management, implementation, and delivery of client’s promotions, advertising, communications, marketing, sponsorship and events activity. The desired candidate will be based out of the Performance54 office in the the Middle East, with some international travel required.
A passion for sport and experience developing and managing commercial partnerships, to enhance and increase the growth of onboarding new partners and engaging with them to drive mutually beneficial relationships.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a new opportunity so there is scope to take ownership, shape the role and grow your own skill set.
The role will include:
Strategy and Planning
o Identification of prospects within key commercial sectors and creation of partnership proposals to support the sales process
o Strategically map out a partnership programme that aligns with Performance54’s service and growth strategy
o Create and manage partnership activations pre, during, and post-event utilising other marketing departments within the P54 business to ensure ROI
o Working with the Commercial Director, to deliver a commercial partnerships strategy and timeline
o Implement partner management framework to match resources and approach to partner segments
Leadership and Coordination
o Lead partnership development and management across the globe
o Collaborate with other key P54 stakeholders to understand the commercial needs and requirements of the partner and the P54 business
o Be the key liaison for clients and partners
o Be responsible for multi-channel marketing and contractual deliverables
Monitoring and Evaluation
o Setting of data-driven objectives with partners
o On-going monitoring of campaign performance
o Create and share reports with key stakeholders
SPECIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/APTITUDES NEEDED:
• Experience of building partner programs from scratch
• Understanding of partner management best practises gained through extensive experience
• Knowledge and understanding of the media-landscape (particularly within the Middle East)
• Highly driven approach with a history of thriving in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
• Data-driven, analytical approach to identifying and evaluating new opportunities
• Self-motivated and target driven with the ability to independently drive results
• Strong teamwork and influencing skills; the ability to collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders and departments to achieve objectives
• An analytical and strategic mindset – always looking for ways to learn and improve
• Competence and empathy in working with diverse stakeholders
• Sport Industry experience
