ROLE OBJECTIVE

We are looking for a Finance Assistant – Account Payable to join our Finance Team. You will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Responsible for Performance54 companies accounts payable process: dealing with supplier invoices, payments and reconciliations.

This role is well-suited to a smart, articulate, highly personable individual, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who is an expert in multitasking (logical reasoning, attention to detail, excellent relationship management)

 

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure company policy/procedures for authorising invoices are adhered to.
  • Processing multicurrency invoices and expenses
  • Ensure invoices are process with correct VAT inputs
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Assist with preparation of supplier payments by BACS
  • Post bank transactions
  • Resolve supplier queries
  • Manage shared accounts inbox
  • Process Staff expenses
  • Set up new vendors
  • Maintenance of Purchase Orders
  • Month end assistance
  • Adhoc accounts payable queries as required
  • Filing return of VAT and ZATCA , and Annual corporate Tax

 

SKILLS & QUALITIES

  • Experience of Quickbooks Online is ideal however if you have used Xero or something similar that will be fine as we will be able to train you up
  • Excellent excel skills
  • AAT fully qualified or ACCA part qualified
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to process large volume of work
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication (written / verbal) skills
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable to change/improvements
  • Knowledge of KSA/Local Tax Laws
  • Added advantage if able to read/write and speak in Arabic.
