The opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, driven and creative Account Manager to join the Performance54 team, assisting with the creation, management and delivery of key clients’ media, promotions, PR, communications, marketing, sponsorship and events activity.

The desired candidate will be based on the Performance54 offices in Riyadh, with international travel required.

A passion for sport (specifically golf) and travel is required, and an understanding and interest in media outlets and the general golf and destination marketing landscape is preferred. The candidate must also enjoy developing creative ideas and promotional campaigns and be comfortable working on multiple projects and to tight deadlines with the utmost attention to detail.


The role requires a varied skill-set, and the ability to work across a diverse client portfolio, to assist Performance54 service its clients’ needs:

  • Client Liaison – WIP (updates and face-to-face / client calls weekly)
  • Sales & Marketing Planning – insights on best-practice S&M services during the planning phases
  • Sales & Marketing Implementation – managing initiatives including (but not limited to);
    • Digital Activation (primarily social media)
    • PR & Communications
    • Trade Marketing
    • FAM Trips
    • Content Development (in conjunction with production partners)
    • Event delivery
    • Supplier Partner Management
    • Research & Analysis
  • Team Liaison – communication across P54’s international teams (and offices)
  • Pitch Work – supporting on the creation of pitches for new business
  • New Business – engaging in providing intel around prospective new clients for P54
  • Reporting – to P54 management and to P54 clients


  • Knowledge and understanding of the media-landscape (particularly within the Middle East)
