This statement is published by Performance54 Group Limited on behalf of its UK & international Performance54, RedDoor54, and Sport54 subsidiaries (“Group”) pursuant to section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. It constitutes the Group’s modern slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 30 April 2023.

The Group is committed to improving its practices to combat slavery and human trafficking in the Group’s business and supply chain. This statement sets out the steps that the Group has undertaken, and is continuing to take, to ensure that slavery and human trafficking do not take place in any part of the Group’s business or supply chains.

Business Structure
The Group’s headquarters are in London, United Kingdom, and its businesses operate globally providing event management, activation, and marketing services to sports industry clients.

Supply Chains
The Group’s businesses use a variety of third-party suppliers to provide them with the goods and services necessary to operate, which may include infrastructure, logistical and build support, and technology goods and services.

Policies and Procedures
The Group has implemented several policies and procedures, the aim of which are to help ensure that slavery and human trafficking do not form part of its business or supply chains, including:

  1. Contractual Obligations
    The Group’s contracts include an obligation for contracting parties to comply with all applicable laws, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015 where applicable.
  2. Whistleblowing
    The Group’s whistleblowing policy set outs the process by which its employees can report violations of the high standards expected of the Group’s employees and suppliers, violations of Group policies, and/or any illegal behaviour.
  3. Looking Ahead
    Over the course of the next financial year, the Group will continue to review its policies and procedures to help identify, prevent, and mitigate any risks of modern slavery or human trafficking in relation to new and existing suppliers and in relation to the Group’s operations, including continued review of the obligations we require of suppliers and training where appropriate.
