Tournament Promotion Ho Tram Open

The inaugural Ho Tram Open held from 3-6 December 2015 launched Vietnam onto the global golfing stage. Under the "Where Golf Meets Entertainment" mantra, Vietnam's richest sporting event welcomed some of the best known players in the golf world, including Sergio Garcia, Darren Clarke, Thomas Bjorn, and YE Yang, as well as stars of the Asian Tour. As well as competing for a $1.5million purse, players, sponsors and guests were treated to a week-long event programme which included the Ho Tram Fight Night, Brian McFadden concert, poolside parties and casino evening, securing the Ho Tram Open's place as 'Asia's Grandest Stage'.

Sponsorship Activation Hilton Golf

Hilton Worldwide launched an international golf sponsorship programme in 2015, becoming an Official Supplier to The European Tour and an Official Partner of the Asian Tour. In its first year as a major sponsor in golf Hilton quickly established itself as a credible voice, with tournament partnerships at the Joburg Open, BMW PGA Championship, Volvo China Open and British Masters. An ambassador programme, as well as professional and consumer activations centred around the ‘Golfer of the Month’ initiative and internal activations, ensured Hilton’s association with golf quickly became one of its most successful strategic partnerships.

PR & Marketing The Bluffs Ho Tram

Since its official opening in October 2014, The Bluffs Ho Tram has made quite an impression on the international golf market. Designed by Greg Norman and located on stunning, natural coastline overlooking the Eastern Sea, The Bluffs has already been named as one of the Top-100 Golf Courses in the World by Golf Digest. In October 2015 it collected three World Golf Awards, including the ‘World’s Best New Golf Course’, ‘Vietnam’s Best Golf Course’ and ‘Vietnam’s Best Golf Hotel’, before hosting the inaugural Ho Tram Open in December 2015. Located an hour and a half from Ho Chi Minh City and boasting a Robert Rock Academy among its world-class facilities, The Bluffs sets the standard for golf in South-East Asia for many years to come.

Matt has worked in sports marketing for over a decade, with a strong bias in golf. He played a central role in the emergence of Abu Dhabi as a global sporting destination, and has implemented government event and product development strategies on the world stage. His extensive knowledge of tourism and event marketing gives him a unique perspective on the global golf industry.

Managing Director Jed Moore

With experience of representing manufacturers, destinations and government agencies, Jed has unrivalled knowledge of media, consumer and golf marketing trends. His understanding of the golf industry has delivered success for clients on every continent in a career that has spanned over 15 years of specialist golf services.

Executive Director Gary Davidson

Having worked hand-in-hand with The European Tour, Asian Tour and tournament promoters, Gary boasts extensive experience in player management, sponsorship activation, major event delivery & PR. He has directed accounts for some of golf’s leading brands and sponsors, including Titleist, FootJoy and Hilton Worldwide, and delivered activations at over 30 European Tour events.
